I like LauncherPro and Apex Launcher, but it's really a matter of which one works best for you. There's no single 'best launcher' for everyone.

Yeah I see what you meant. Ever since I got the ICS update on my phone I have been using apex launcher. It seems to be the best and most customisable free launcher. And it works well with android 4.0 retaining the general look.

I was a big launcher guy when i had my lg because lg home was hideous! But now with the RAZR, i love three stock launcher. And ICS only made it better IMO
