What do you do to keep yourself stress-free

That "getting older" stuff is not much fun some days. [emoji3]

No kidding....and it starts for a lot of us in our 40's before we even start feeling "old".

I'm also struggling with chronic tennis elbow from an old weightlifting injury. Again, that's a lack of commitment to properly rehab - goes away with tricep exercises to lengthen and increase elasticity of the tendon, but you have to stick with them!

Inflammation, in general, has a decent correlation with diet, i.e. foods you're eating [or not eating].
