We'll get back to that lol, but some of us have to earn those pizza toppings with a cheat day. For me my cheat days are incentive based (ie lose x amount of weight). So these tips help us lose more and enjoy more cheat days with the toppings suggested above. So basically, it will come back all the way around to the pizza toppings.

My internal beastie is all in for Ice cream... My parents owned a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream store when I was a kid... Mom liked ice cream too....
