Tried all the suggestions on drying out droid, no luck any way to recover phone numbers thanks in advance

They are all synced with your google account. When you get your replacement, they will restore the first time your phone syncs back up with google.

If you need it right away log on to your Gmail then hit contacts and they'll be there.

If you registered your google account on your droid then all your contacts are safe on goggles servers.
If you got a replacement android phone your contacts will be restored.
A quick way to check if your contacts are stored is to log in to your gmail account and on the left hand side there is a link for contacts. check if theyre there.
