Just to say hello and welcome 
Yesterday just got one of my family mbmr G4 after the previous G2 screen flickering and bye2.
Helium backup issue:
Reinstall the driver by using LG United Mobile Driver 3.14.1 (LG G2 D802) + Helium 1.1.4.1 ...good to go
July, daughter G2 same issue with screen flickering and gone..Migrated to iPhone 6
Mine G2 contract ended October, thinking what phone to get
