Wife left hers in a car she test drove once.
Mine is a better story,
I was visiting mom at the lake, the phone took a swim so in an effort to dry it out faster (having withdrawals from my Droid) I prewarmed the oven to around 120 and popped my baby in. In all the confusion I forgot to tell mom it was in there and she preheated the oven to cook the potatoes. It got up to around 300 before we smelled it cookin. It still worked but it was distorted and the screen was funky but it was real dry. Another insurance claim.
