webtop 3.0 non-beta?

With the latest ics leak did webtop 3 come out of beta?
What apk's are actually needed? I want to try running it on .75 but don't know the apk names..
Is it "welcome webtop" or 1 of the dock apk's?

Not sure about moving it from one system to another but webtop has been out of beta for all the 20# leaks. To be honest though, I saw no difference from the beta version in .79 and the nonbeta of 206.

However, since webtop is a separate flash in the fastboot process as well as the ota, I do not think it is as simple as moving an apk.
