Where are the website settings that control which sites can see my location data?

It depends what browser you are using but you would access it via the browser settings menu. If the browser doesn't have that particular setting you could clear it's data via phone settings > applications > manage applications but be aware that it would probably reset all settings and maybe even delete bookmarks.
