webcam won't load.

My sailing club webcam will not load. The controls are all there but no video. Thanks in advance.

Its a Droid 2 Global going through the internet to look at an AXIS 213 PTZ network Camera. It loads on iphones and pcs with nothing extra involved. All the controls for the web cam load but no picture. Thanks

If it loads on the iphone it's not a flash problem.....
