Weatherbug Radar Maps Issue

I have Weatherbug Elite. Recently, in the radar view, there are no maps showing, just the red stick pen for current location. What happened to the maps in radar view? Anyone have a solution/fix for this?

Sounds like a cache was cleared or it's not able to update its cache of map data.

It may be extreme but you might try going to Settings, Applications, selecting WeatherBug, clear the cache, force close it, and start it up again. You might have to reconfigure your settings and location but it should work properly from that point on.

Also, I know it's a stupid question but are you sure you're getting a good signal and are connected to the network? Sometimes network connectivity problems will prevent map data from showing up.
