Is there an app similar to a weather radio? Where you can set it to go off when there are tornado warnings and watches, severe weather alerts??

The Weather Channel does. I actually got a "burning alert" the other day warning that conditions are dangerous for wildfires. And thunderstorm warnings are specific to your current location, not your home zip code. Great app.
