maybe you moved files around? it should be sdcard/nandroid/<filename>

sounds like too many directories.

Ya I'm pretty sure you just have an extra sub folder check it out with astro or your computer

also if the file is named update.zip.zip it will give that error...

A guy I helped out today had the same issue "error 25" I thought it was too many subfolders and we narrowed it down to update.zip.zip

I'm on the phone with Miami now. We know it's too many folders. We're just trying to fix it. Thanks.
