Way to backup app data? Help?

Way to backup app data? So idk if its possible but can I backup app data, so everytime I flash a rom I don't lose all my game progress and app setting and such... idk just hoping there's a strand of hope out there, lol thanks

yep, if you use titanium backup to backup your apps and data you can restore game progress after a flash.

I always wondered about titanium... I use my backup root but it doesn't back up everything:/ thanks for the quick response do I have to buy the pro?

no you don't but the pro version offers faster batch operations and the option to freeze apps. neither f those are required for what you want.
