The national weather service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Chicago & surrounding areas. This warning will be in effect until 5pm. This Flash Flood Warning is due to the tears of the Chicago Bears fans crying as they watch their Superbowl dreams fade away. Crying will intensify as the game wears on.
