I used rom tool box to try and change the soft keys on 4.1 ... and it screwed everything up ,when I did a reboot it took forever to load and when it did there was no notification bar and no soft keys at all.
Had to just reflash the rom to fix it, not a huge deal. It its a pain when I just got done setting up my phone from jb
