Want to play droid in car need opinion

has anyone else had problems with the pioneer cd-btb200? mine will sync perfect but there is no sound on my end (unless i have the phone against my ear) but the person on the other end can hear me through the bluetooth mic. any other phone i've paired works perfectly. i've got the phone in slot number 1, erased all other phones, done a hard reset on both the phone and the cd-btb200. any ideas? thanks in advance
