Actually most electronics in ebay and amazon come from Hong Kong, its surprising that you did not find anyone there. But here is the link on ebay to ship it to Hong Kong. Here is one and another one more but mail them and request them to ship it to hong kong, they usually do it.

I also am looking for anyone selling Extended battery door in europe. Its damn expensive to get it from USA.

This is bcoz the goods is shipped from USA and the shipping charge is USD12 and the goods is only USD12. Relative high shipping charge.
