VOICE RECORDER APP records fine but wont play message back on G3 loud speaker voice.

I can hear my message by connecting my phone to my Blutooth ear pieces via a cable however.
Is Blutooth being turned on all the time on my phone the culprit here?
Any suggestions to hear my recorded message directly from my phone?
