Voice Notification when phone switches from 1x-3g-4g

I'm not sure if i am just not finding it but is there anybody else having a notification when your phone switches from 1x to 3g to 4g and is there a way to turn it off any help would be greatly appreciated thank you also i have completely turned off all sound and it doesn't help

My phone does not audible let me know, the only thing I get is the tiny icon changing from 4g LTE to 3G.

in settings/sounds turn off ERI sound. when i turned that off, i no longer got notification about lost signal

Thank you ill try that because its very annoying it does it every 30 seconds maybe
