Voice Calling Contacts

How do I set up Contacts to use Voice Calling rather than typing in the person I want to call.
Also, Any suggestion for a better Contacts app would be appreciated.

No setup required. Long-press the search button, and say, "Call Aunt Martha, Home" or whatver.
