Vlingo voice dial company name

I have a few contacts that only have the company name populated. When I use Vlingo InCar, the app will not match based on company name. The stock voice search will do this. Is there a setting that should be changed?

The Vlingo app (not InCar) will do a search for the business, yet ignore my existing contact.
