Is there an app that will let me shorten my video from within my phone like the iPhone has? When I try to send them it says file to large to send no unless under one minute.

Why is it that i cant watch videos from YouTube or if someone send a video i cant watch it ....WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY PHONE! !??!!

It just started after i had to get verizon to reset my phone

Verizon did a factory reset on your phone? What issues were you having for them to do that??

Are you meaning when you use the app?? Did you check for an update if so?

Well no i didnt check it and how i do that

My gps setting was locked i didnt remember locking it at all so the only way to fix it was to reset it

Open the play store, hit Menu then My apps. Scroll through your installed apps, find the app & select it. If there's an update, you'll see the option to update it.
