Videos wont play any more

Ok guys, i need expert help

I have videos on my phone (that i have taken) and when i go into gallery, press the > key to play video, it asks me "complete action using" and then gives me the option to use Filkie Movie Viewer or Video Player. So i press Video Player and it will only play 2 seconds of the video, still have sound but no picture and the screen says Error "file cannot be displayed or played" this is with all my videos and if i select Filkie or Video Player. What gives? Is there any way i can fix this without taking it back to Verizon (phone has been there 7 times since i got it)

Have you tried rebooting the phone?
