Video volume problem

Just got a Razor HD. Can't get volume on YouTube videos or actually any videos. Can't figure it out. Thanks

Have you checked settings - sound - volumes and checked what the media volume is set to?

Not really playing the videos either. Stays on 1 second of the video and doesn't do anything else.
