Video recorder with a pause feature?

I was wondering if you guys have any suggestion on a video recorder that has a pause feature? I'd like to be able to record a video and pause it while recording, instead of having a bunch of short clips. Any ideas or suggestions?

Yes. The best I've found is ASR. Small, simple, and configurable.

Oh, whoops. I see you wanted Video. ASR is and Audio recorder.
