video quality concern

i recently took a video on my htc phone, and i got a really bad quality clip. here is the video: [video=youtube;0OxaAEqdhQY]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OxaAEqdhQY[/video]. why is there no sound, and why does it run fast, and look low in quality?

Have you checked the settings?

That really is odd...
