video MMS cant send

I try to send a video via mms and i get the message is over its limit?? I have it set for on 30 second videos

30 seconds means nothing. How big is the video?

You probably have the quality setting too high. 30 second videos can vary quite a bit in size, depending on the setting. You can lower it in the camera app but that won't help with any existing videos. Those would have to be re-encoded (probably with an app on your PC).
