Video Chat: Google Talk / Skype on the D4?

Does the Droid 4 have Google Talk? If so, does it have access to the Video Chat option? Does Skype's Video Chat work well with the D4 and 4G?

I'm just wondering because a huge reason for me upgrading is the ability to video-chat well... hopefully one of them is good?

Are you rooted? im rooted and i cant get google video to work all the time. i dont use skype and Tango works occasionally but that is just how Tango works.
my wife has the D4 and it is not rooted and she uses Google Video all the time to talk to her sister and Nieces in North Carolina. so as far as that goes it seems to work on non rooted phones better than rooted phones in my household but that can be different for others. but when it does work it is nice and clear
