Vibrates When Vibrate Is Off

When I go to sleep I turn off the phone's volume, so no sound. I also turn off vibrate. Problem now (since update to 4.2.2) is, notifications, even those that had never had vibrate on, are vibrating. Has anyone else had a vibrate issues? And a solution?
