Vibrate isn't working

It only works when I have a phone call but not for texts or email, etc. I have checked vibrate all and have gone in individually to each program and selected vibrate and none of it works. Has anyone else had this problem.

Well I fixed the problem by downloading smart vibrator if anyone else has faced this issue. I should have to download a third party app but that is the way it is.

i also have the same problem my phone won't vibrate if i get a text message

Missed Call does the exact same thing and you can change the LED colors!
