For those who have seen Viber on the iOS, most will attest to it being an impressive and easy to use VoIP calling and texting app. Now it is coming to Android, and you can try it for free as a beta tester. Who wouldn't want to use their smartphone for calls and texting without using up your minutes?

Although there are other programs out there that do the same thing, this one has the ability to integrate with your contacts, which makes finding your friends a lot easier. Also, it is expected to come with some Android specific features when finally released. If you want to give it a try you can't get in on the Android Market yet, but you can download it from the link below to give it a shot. Then, tell us what you think in the forums.

The beta is already out there.
In order to become a beta tester, you need to subscribe here: Android Users and Testers and wait for our invitation email (several weeks)

Our waiting list is long - we ask for your patience.
If you subscribe normally (here: Android Users and Testers) you will eventually receive our invitation email and be able to complete your Viber setup.
