Verizon V Cast Media Manager question

Hi all. When I connect my Droid X to Verizon V Cast Media Manager I can edit the song's info. (title, album, artist, etc.) on my phone. However when I disconnect the Droid the songs title, album, artist, etc. have not been changed. Only when I connect my Droid to V cast are the changes that I made to song's title, album, artist, etc. appear.

How can I edit my songs on my Droid? Thanks.

What I wanna know is If theres a way I can disable vcast media manager from popping up everytime hook up to my laptop??
