Verizon upgrade

I have a question how does the Verizon upgrade work? Like for example I want the iPhone 4 and it's 99.99 and I have 1400 min plan so how much would that upgrade be and what would that bring the phone to does anyone know?

If you're eligible for an upgrade, then you can get it at the new 2yr contract price. If not you get it at the full price without contract.

O thank you the help is much appreciated and I have another question my music keeps getting deleted an everytime I fix it nd go back when I try to download it back it keeps failing like something about not enough space and when delete apps and other useless files from old apps it still doesn't work any tips?
