Verizon to TMobile Mobile hotspot

I just switched my provider from Verizon to Tmobile. Verizon had free mobile hotspot and tmobile offers the same thing on my plan. I'm trying to access Tmobile's mobile hotspot, but I can't. Is there a way to get rid of the Verizon software and download Tmobile software to my phone?
I forgot to mention that I'm using the Motorola Razr M. I provider unlocked it so I could get away from Verizon.
