Same issue here. Less than 1gb download speed. Tried a factory reset...doesn't seem to be fixing it. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. VZW help is very friendly, but this is his first call on this device. Would love to know if anyone else has the same issue...and a resolution.

Issue solved!!!! Compliments of my local VZW kiosk. Some of the SG4s (just like the SG3s) are coming with "Global" in the preferred network mode. You just need to select LTE/CDMA and the issue gets solved. From home screen: option>>settings>>more networks>>mobile networks>>netowrk mode>>LTE/CDMA
Suggestions? Not on Global and a new sim card because of the slow speeds (apparently that did not help). I don't want to send it back just yet because I have a feeling that I won't be able to reuse my iloome screen protector.

I think it's just Verizon in DC area. I live in DC and work right over key bridge in rosslyn VA and my speeds sometimes are even worse about 1 Mbps. I don't think it's the phone as I had to replace my first one because of a bad volume rocker on the hardware and both had same speeds.
When I frst got my driod bionic 4G came to the area a couple months after and I could consistantly pull 20 + mbps. Today the best I saw was 13 and the rest of the tests lower.
