If you are on Verizon and were disappointed to find out that the Blackberry PRIV Android phone was not available on their network, then you might be pleasantly surprised by the latest rumor. Supposedly, Big Red will begin preorders for the Blackberry PRIV on March 3rd, with a retail ship date of March 11th.

In case you missed some of the details for this device, here's a recap of specs:
  • 8MP dual-flash Schneider-Kreuznach camera
  • 3410 mAh internal battery good for 22.5 hours of use per charge
  • Internal storage 32GB with a microSD card slot and a 2TB support capacity
  • Android 5.1
  • 1.8GHz hexacore Snapdragon 808
  • 3GB of RAM
While these aren't the most glamorous specs for a flagship, the reputation of this phone suggests high end quality and functionality. Of course, Blackberry's legendary security factors in as well.
