verizon gs4 on 4.4.2, now how to root??

I searched around and couldn't really find anything related to rooting on the Verizon version. I was wondering if there's anyway for me to root my I545 gs4 if I'm already on 4.4.2? Or do I need to downgrade and do another method? If there is a method could somebody post me a link? I've seen methods for other carriers but not verizon.

Hi there TuBit! I'm not a technician, but I believe that you can root with the use of a app called SafeStrap. Beyond that, I'm not sure how it's done. I can't seem to find anything on how to do it from 4.4.2 on the Verizon version. I'm hoping there's an actual reliable way to do this? Of course I couldn't resist updating I appreciate the feedback.

Got Root? I just got mine. GS4 i545 stock kitkat. Used "towelroot.com" one click method. 15 sec and you're rooted.
