That's right folks merely 4 months later the Verizon Galaxy Note 2 is finally receiving Kit Kat via an ota update. This update will bring your phone up to Android version 4.4.2 the build number is VRUFND7. Of course this includes KNOX 2.0 so kiss your ROOT goodbye forever if you decide to accept the ota update. If you are willing to wait a day or so developers will have this build ready for flashing via safestrap and you can actually keep your root. Some included features are the redesigned notification bar, option to choose default sms app, emoji, new keyboard, and bug fixes galore!
