Verizon email on Razr Maxx

Hi folks,

When I send an email from my verizon account, sometimes Greek letters appear to my email recipients. I've rebooted my phone and I still get these letters sporadically. Has anyone else had this problem and can give me some ideas why this is happening?

I'm running ICS and I'm not rooted.
