Verizon before evey call

My phone this week started saying verizon wireless before every incoming call, I've changed ringtones but still does it, anybody know how to stop this ?

Used to be a setting for eri notifications. Might be the problem. That is just a guess though

Try this: Settings>Sound & Display>Remove the check mark beside Roaming Tone

Glad it worked. I have read this happing before but what I don't understand is what executes this. All the claims I saw was it all of a sudden started happing.
