Verizon 4.5 update

Ok, so I've looked all over and cannot find anyone else who's had their phone slow down after the 4.5 verizon system update. I updated my phone system Saturday and since then I have app's that forceclose randomly, and the phone as a whole works tons slower than what it did a week ago. Anyone have any suggestions or are going through a similar experience? I've tried to reset the phone many times but it doesn't seem to work. The system updated to 4.5.601.A955.Verizon.en.US
