USSD Command and Signal indicator bugs while in GSM Mode

Hi all,

I use the DR2 Global outside USA, in Europe and have some problem concerned with the USSD commands.

there are some important codes such as : #100* to check balance, #135* to buy some extra megabytes and #115* to take some extra talking time in credit.
When I enter a code the USSD code is running infinitely.

Do you have a same problem?

P.S.

There is no problem with the signal strength and network coverage, but the signal indicator is always at one point.

I am currently traveling and I had the same issues. I gave Verizon Customer Service a call and I was redirected to a person in Global.

The rep told me that since Verizon does not support USSD commands on foreign networks. They do however support USSD commands on the Verizion/Vodafone sim card that comes with the phone. That needs to be activated and costs $20/MB (that's what I seem to remember) or $64.99 for an unlimited data plan on that SIM card.

To get around the inconvenience so far, I've used other people's phones and visited my network provider's office to add airtime.
