usb wont connect

ok so i just did the flash sprecovery. and i wanna do the flash ese81update.zip. the flash sp went well with no problems. now im trying to do this update zip. the problem i have is my computer wont recognize my sd card... any ideas?

I found that with Windows 7 and USB debugging turned on on the phone, the pc won't see the phone. I turned debugging off on the phone and it works again.
