USB access to SD Card

Trying to get USB access to the D3 SD Card.

When i plug in the USB cable peple tell me that I should see it in notifications and then I can select STORAGE DEVICE.

But i do not see it in notifications.

Any ideas? Using new D3 and Win7Pro computers (tried 2 computers)

UPDATE:

Looks like the USB Cable that comes with the phone DOES work for this purpose. The USB Cable that comes with the additional wall charger does NOT. Weird!
