upload to youtube problem on DROID

I've tried many times to upload a video to youtube and I keep getting "searching for wifi" msg and "waiting for retry in 5mins". I tried going to wifi hot spots (starbucks and barnes and nobles) to no avail; the Droid picks up the wifi but it still won't upload and basically goes into the retry etc. mode. After hours of this it then tell me it failed to locate file. Am I doing something wrong, or is it a youtube problem?

Are you only having this problem on Wifi?

Does it happen on 3G or on the Wifi at your house as well?

The only thing i could say is check your settings and connections to wifi and try again, it doesn't seem like your doing anything wrong.
