No you can't. I also have the feeling if you flash .238 you will be one of the ones who have it for ever with no way to get back on the upgrade path when the OTA when comes out. You had better do your research before you flash .238, just fair warning.
You can easly go back to stock .905 with .232, but 235 or higher you will never be able to go back to .905 again, which means you will never be able to receive another OTA without HOB and a lot of pain.
All of the leaks are called Blur_Version.5.9.905.XT875.Verizon.en.US.zip because Motorola names them according to where you start, rather than where you're going. At this point Motorola/Verizon assumes you have 5.9.905 so the OTA (and any leaks) will be based from that.
