My verizon D4 updated to jellybean 4.1.2 in febuary-is this the latest operating system? if not how can i get it?

To be sure go in to settings about phone scroll to the top where update is press update.

Idk what happened to the stock music player, but Poweramp music player is a GREAT alternative, and it does nothing but help if you pay for the full one.
