I don't think so... At least not officially... The dev community will probably come out with an ICS rom but I don't think the D2 will get the Official ICS update!

I would put my money on no. Verizon and Moto will be concentrating their efforts on all the new phones they rolled out. Newer phones such as the T-bolt are even rumored to not be getting the ICS update. Verizon has amnesia and forgets about their phones very quickly.
