can you point me in the right direction to upgrade to .893 from .886 bon my bionic? I waited because i was somewhat afraid of a no return situation but i feel much more comfortable about it now.

Please take caution with all this. This is the process I followed. I am pretty sure the leak matches the OTA update but I am totally sure. If you want to be 100% sure I would wait for the official OTA to come to your phone from Verizon/Moto.

I used droidmodderx's instructions here: Droid Bionic » -[LEAK] OTA update 5.5.893 (better battery, bettery connection)

First makes sure you are totally stock and 43V3R rooted: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-bionic-hacks/173870-r3l3as3droot-43v3r-root-bionic-v2-1-a.html

Thank you for your help. Some sites had missing links and other info missing. Im all up and running now with the update!

What system version are you currently on? Are you installing the leak through stock Moto recovery? Also did it download in its entirety? It should be 54.47mb

I'll take a look when I get home. If you are on 5.886 should be able to update to 5.893 after 43v3r rooting.
