Update app option not showing if installed from .apk

I have installed an paid app from .apk file. The version I installed is V3.20, but google playstore has V3.21. It is showing as a installed app not showing update option. How to enable update option and installed latest?

buy the app from the Play Store..... Stolen or "black market" apps are not update-able and are not condoned here...... If you did obtain it legally contact the DEV of the app to see what needs to be done.
